Funnel Cake Bites: a delicious and simple recipe for bite sized funnel cakes. They are the perfect powdered dusted dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp . sugar
- 1 tsp . baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Confectioners Sugar , for dusting
Instructions
Beat eggs until foamy.
Add milk and vanilla
Mix in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt until smooth.
Heat 3/4 inch deep of oil to about 375 degrees
Pour batter into hot oil using a cookie scoop to create small puffs.
Fry until golden brown, flip and repeat.
Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Notes
Oil should be about 375 degrees.
