Make these epic beef nachos on your next board game night. Ground beef, pinto beans, cheese, peppers and green onions add so much spice blended together to give you the best nachos I’ve ever tried!!!
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of ground beef.
- Taco Seasoning.
- Half of a large yellow onion, I diced it.
- 2 medium bags of tortilla chips, use the 16-oz bags.
- 1 medium can of refried beans
- Shredded cheese of choice, I mixed 400 grams of cheddar and Monterey jack.
- 3 diced tomatoes.
- 3 chopped green onions
Instructions:
Step 1:
first, I am setting the temperature of my oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

next, I steamed the ground beef, and the diced onions on the stovetop over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked, for around 8 minutes, then I drained the excess grease.
Step 3:
and I added the taco seasoning to the beef, and returned it to the pan.
Step 4:
Then I added 3/4 cup of warm water, brought it to a boil, reduced the heat to low and let it cook for 5 minutes, or until the liquid had almost evaporated.

At this time, I added a generous layer of chips to two baking sheets lined with parchment paper while the beef is cooking.

Next I distributed half of the fried beans between the pans. They were quite thick, but I just put them on top of the chips with the spoon. With the heat of the oven, it will spread.

added half of the cooked beef to each skillet on top of the chips. And I like some melted cheese on top of it, so I sprinkle 400g on top.
Step 8:
I baked at a temperature of 400 degrees for a total of 15 minutes.
Step 9:
I removed the casserole from the oven, and topped it with sliced tomatoes and chopped green onions. It was served immediately.
