Salmon Patties

INGREDIENTS:

15 oz canned salmon in water or oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 cup keto bread crumbs or almond flour

2 large eggs, beaten

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a mixing bowl, I combine the salmon, garlic salt, and pepper, mixing thoroughly. Then, I add the remaining ingredients and stir until a thick batter is formed.
  2. I shape the mixture into 12 equally sized patties.
  3. In a non-stick pan, I heat oil. Once hot, I add the patties and cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping halfway through. I repeat this process until all the patties are cooked.
  4. Serve the patties immediately.
