Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup

A simple, calorie and carbohydrate-free cabbage soup that aids in weight loss. Enjoy all of its health advantages and watch your weight go.

Eating foods low in carbohydrates helps to teach the body to burn fat. Regardless of your workout regimen, if you cut your caloric intake by 500 calories or more each day, your body will start to lose one to two pounds per week.

Leafy green vegetables with low calorie and carbohydrate content include kale, spinach, and cabbage. For a quick, low-carb, nutrient-dense meal, I prefer to add spinach to my eggs in the morning. This cabbage soup is no different.

Your body begins to perform extraordinary feats when you consume more sugar and little to no carbohydrates. You’ll feel like a completely different person with greater energy, mental clarity, and an overall sense of wellbeing.
