Orange Cake With Juice and Peel

This cake is very simple to make.

There are tips to keep in mind and not have inconveniences in the preparation:

  • To make it more fluffy, we can add 2 tablespoons of baking powder.
  • The eggs in this recipe are used in their entirety, without differentiating the white from the yolk.
  • The zest of the orange must be complete for its great flavor.
  • The shake must be done for at least 10 minutes
  • The oven must not be opened before 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium eggs
  • 150 grams of finely ground sugar
  • 1 orange that we will grate and use its juice
  • 250 grams of flour

Procedure

First of all, we will turn on the oven at a temperature of 180 ° so that it is well preheated.

Meanwhile, beat the whole eggs with the sugar, the orange zest, the juice and the orange juice for at least 10 minutes.

We are pouring the flour little by little, beating energetically all the mixture. Then we disperse in a floured and buttered mold to deposit in the hot oven.

We will let bake for 35 to 40 minutes supervising not before 30.

When the dough takes on a desirable appearance, we prick it with a knife; if the dough does not adhere to it, the cooking is ready. The aroma will be what catches you to want to try your super orange cake.

We then remove the pan with the orange tart from the oven while it cools to room temperature.
