- Eggs

METHOD
Place a sausage between two chopsticks. Make several cuts in the sausage.
Remove the sticks and cut the sausage in half lengthways. Form a circle with one half, using a toothpick to hold the circle.
Place several circles of sausage in a pan.
Pour add an egg yolk into the middle of each one, add salt and let it cook.
