Icebox Cookie Cheesecake

Icebox cheesecake is a tasty no-bake dessert. It features a wonderful cookie crumb crust and a rich cream cheese filling. Once the cake has been put together, it’s put into a fridge for at least 4 hours up to overnight to set.

Before serving, icebox cheesecake is put in the freezer for an hour to firm it up more, giving it the perfect texture

*ingredients :

  • °3 c. Chocolate graham crumbs
  • °1/2 c. Sugar
  • °12 TB melt butter
  • °2 c. whip cream
  • °4 pack (8 ox each) cream cheese
  • °1 1/3 c. Sugar
  • °1 package (1 lb 2 oz kg)
  • Oreos, each cookie broken in thirds or quarters*directione :

Combine the chocolate graham cracker crumbs with ½ cup of sugar and 12 tons of melted butter. Press to 13″ x 9″ skillet. Cold. Whip the whip cream until stiff peaks form; cold down.

In a bowl, beat cream cheese to smooth. adding 1 1/3 c. Sugar; Blend well. Adding broken Oreo with whip cream.
The filling is spread evenly in the crust, smoothing the surface and extending to the edges.

Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
