Baked potatoes and chicken in a creamy sauce

Quick, creamy and delicious! The perfect choice when you don’t have much time for the kitchen and you like to eat deliciously.

Ingredients:

  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 200 g of hard cheese
  • 8-10 slices of prosciutto
  • 80-100 g of brown mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • 400-500 ml of cooking cream with 10% mm

Clean the potatoes and cut them into circles. Sprinkle with oil and dry herbs and place on the bottom of the baking tray. Cut the chicken fillet into thinner and smaller steaks. Arrange over potatoes and sprinkle with spices and pepper. Cut the garlic into larger pieces and put it on top, and then the cheese that you grated earlier (80g). Spread the prosciutto and mushrooms over the cheese, season with pepper and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Finally, cover it all with cooking cream with 10% mm. The perfect choice when you don’t have much time for the kitchen and you like to eat deliciously.

Cover the baking tray with foil and bake for about 45 minutes at 200°C.

After that time, remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes or as long as it takes for the dish to brown, depending on your oven. If you are using a baking pan with a thicker bottom, it is best to place it on the lower rack in the second part of the baking process.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve while warm. Pleasant!
