Flu Shot Soup

Flu Shot Soup:

Ingredients:

8 cups organic vegetable or organic cage free chicken broth

2 cups purified water

2 inch ginger grated

1/2 tsp of thyme

2 tbsp turmeric

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Juice of 3 lemons

1 bunch parley chopped

1/2 cup organic Quinoa

5 cloves of organic garlic peeled

1 tsp Himalayan salt

Directions:

In a pot: Combine the broth, water, ginger, turmeric, cayenne pepper and garlic

Bring to a boil and add the quinoa

Cook on low for 10 minutes

Let cool for 15 minutes

Add lemon juice

Garnish with fresh or dried thyme

Note: Rinse the quinoa before you use

Make sure all ingredients are organic

Drink 2 cups, 2 times a day for 3 days

TIP: 1 hour later, follow with a drink of 1Tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with 1 cup of purified water.
