MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CHICKEN

My mum used to use sour cream in her recipe. But, I’m a bit of a mayonnaise fan, and this recipe includes just the right amount to bring out the flavours, tenderize the chicken, but remain undetectable. Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • ⅔ cups mayonnaise
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and pepper.

Step 2:

In a baking dish, place the chicken and cover with the parmesan mixture. Leave it to bake for about 40-45 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165 degree Fahrenheit internally. Serve and enjoy!

Tips

Instead of mayonnaise, you may use sour cream. Just use the right amount, enough to tenderize the chicken and bring out the lovely flavors.
