BECKY’S FRENCH TOAST

Ingredient

  • 6 slices Premium White Bread
  • 1 cup Coffee Mate Sweet Cream coffee Creamer
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2 pinches of Farm Stand Saigon Cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg, optional
  • Butter for frying
  • pure Maple Syrup, for serving
  • Fresh berries, for serving
LETS MAKE IT-

In a shallow bowl, whisk together the coffee creamer, eggs, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Melt butter in a skillet, or electric griddle.

Dip both sides of bread slices into the batter and fry several minutes on both sides till golden.

Serve with maple syrup and fresh berries ( and bacon, of course). 😊
