Great suggestion to prepare a delicious Dessert in less than 5 minutes and with few ingredients.
Ideal to enjoy after a delicious meal or at any time of the day when you fancy something sweet and cold.
No one can resist a delicious dessert and it is thanks to the flavour, smoothness and sweet appeal that each piece is well concealed.
It also contains few ingredients and is so easy to make in minutes, here is a recipe that can be done right the first time and surprises the whole family!
Ingredients
- 500 grams of milk cream
- 200 milliliters of condensed milk
- Vanilla cookies
- A little milk (To dip cookies)
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder (To add to the base of the dessert)
- A little grated chocolate to decorate (Optional)
Preparation
We start beating the milk cream in the bowl with some rods, we do it until we reach the desired point. It is important to join them correctly and get the necessary air to make it big and fluffy.
Then we add condensed milk and make enveloping movements.
Meanwhile, we choose the right mold (pudding type) to add the cocoa powder to the base. Also a layer of vanilla biscuits previously soaked in milk and we start with a layer of cream.
Then place a layer of cookies again in the milk and alternate in this way until the mold is completed between the cream and the cookie layer, you can make at least layers.
Lastly, grate 1 chocolate bar and spread it over the surface to be decorated.
When it is ready, we put it in the refrigerator so that it cools down as needed in about 1 or 2 hours.
It will finally be ready to serve and enjoy!
Recommendation:
One recommendation is to take our cold dessert out of the freezer before it freezes, although it is a cold dessert, it should not be completely frozen.
Let’s also keep in mind that the ingredients are basic, so there is always room for variations, such as using other types of cookies that are more suited to your tastes.
To maintain the firmness of this dessert, it is recommended to store it in the freezer or in the freezer in a covered container, but remove it about 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
If you want to add some sweetness to the cream you are going to whip, start beating until you get a thick and creamy consistency. But when it is a little sweet, a little icing sugar is added, so that the cake is harder and the main thing is to sift before the icing sugar. This is optional and a tip to keep in mind.
