Perfect for making Halloween drinks and cocktails! And everyone needs to find ways to fit more sweets into their diet this time of year. 😀
And gummy worm ice cubes couldn’t be simpler! Now everyone has fancy drinks for the party.
Step 1 – You will need:

- ice cube trays
- Gummy worms (just the rules, not the bitter ones!)
- Water
We added the ice cubes to the Sprite, which was awesome. Kool-aid worked too well! Coke worked fine, but couldn’t see the worms as well. Choose wisely!
If you want clear ice cubes, you’ll need to use filtered water and boil it first.
Step 2 – Insert gummy worms, fill with water

I positioned my gummy worms so they would hang out from the top of the ice cubes.
If you use a measuring cup to pour in the water you won’t disturb the worms as much. 😀
I also tried with Sprite! They came out a bit strange, like bubbly slushies. Fun to eat but not as useful as ice cubes. 😛
Step 3: Freeze!

Time to let the gummy worms get to know the food in your freezer.
You will probably need at least 3 hours.
Step 4: Enjoy!

These ice cubes make everything taste like candy. Kool-aid blue raspberry lemonade was the best. It was like drinking a melted snow cone. Coke and Sprite were very tasty too. 😀
Also, gummy worms get super gummy, so they’re really good to eat after the ice cubes melt!
Eat sugar for everyone!!!!
