- °3 pounds (1,500 g) beef short ribs
- °1 can (540 ml) black beans, drained and rinsed
- °2/3 cup (167.5 ml) ketchup
- °3/4 cup (187.5 milliliters) white vinegar
- °1/4 cup (62.5 milliliters) sweet soy sauce
- °1/3 cup (82.5 milliliters) molasses
- °1 cup (250 ml) chopped onion
- °1 envelope (42g) slow cooker sweet and sour chicken (club house)
* Methods :
1 Place the beef ribs in the slow cooker.
2 In a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients together; Pour over the meat.
