Ingredients:
- °1 pack of apple pie filling (21 ounces)
- °1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- °1/2 cup butter
- °1/2 cup white sugar
- °1/2 cup brown sugar
- °1/2 cup water
- °1 teaspoon vanilla
- °6 (8 inch) Flour Tortillas – Store bought tortillas are great for this, just make sure to buy flour tortillas
Directione:
1. Place about 1/4 cup pancake filled with a spoon evenly down the middle of each tortilla. Sprinkle with cinnamon and roll up, tucking the edges. Lay seam side down in prepared dish.
2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and water. Bring the mixture to a boil with constant stirring; Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla.
3. Pour the sauce over the enchiladas and leave for 45 minutes.
4. Bake in a preheated 350 F oven for 30 minutes or until golden.
