Everyone loves fried chicken, especially our garlic-fried chicken wings. Today I am going to show you my garlic-flavored chicken wing recipe that is so easy and simple to make with a few Asian ingredients, you will be eating crispy Chinese garlic chicken wings in no time.
Our Cantonese cooking method is very basic, we marinated the chicken wings for 20 minutes, add egg and corn starch, and deep fry for 15minutes.
Ingredients
- Marinating the chicken wings for 20min (we used 9 wings) dry ingredients
- – 1/2 tsp salt
- – sprinkle white pepper and black pepper
- – 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
- – 1 tsp sugar
- – 2 cloves chopped garlic
wet ingredients
- – 2 tsp soy sauce
- – 2 tsp oyster sauce
- – 2 tsp Chinese rice wine
- – 1 tsp sesame oil after 20
-minute chicken wing marination
- – 1 egg
- – 4-6 tsp corn starch
