Today I teach you an easy and delicious iced dessert recipe that is made in less than 10 minutes. In it I teach a nest cream, chocolate cream and I assemble everything on a platter as if it were a pavé.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 6 grams of colorless gelatin, hydrated according to the manufacturer’s instructions
- 100 ml whipped cream
- 1 box of condensed milk
- 2 boxes of sour cream
PREPARATION MODE
- Place all ingredients, except gelatin and whipped cream in a bowl and mix well until smooth.
- Add the gelatin and the whipped cream, incorporating slowly and lightly so as not to lose this aerated property.
- Set aside at room temperature while we make the next step in the recipe.
Tip:
To mix the nest more easily and without leaving lumps, just dissolve it first with a little cream.
Chocolate mousse
Ingredients:
200 grams of melted semi-sweet chocolate,
1/4 cup of condensed milk,
4 tablespoons of 50% cocoa powdered chocolate,
2 boxes of heavy cream,
6 grams of colorless gelatin, hydrated according to the manufacturer’s instructions,
100 ml of whipped cream.
Preparation mode:
Place all ingredients, except gelatin and whipped cream in a bowl and mix well until smooth. Add the gelatin and the whipped cream, incorporating slowly and lightly so as not to lose this aerated property. Reserve at room temperature while we assemble.
Tip:
You can melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave every 30 seconds on high power.
Mounting:
Make a layer with the nest mousse at the bottom of a platter, then make a layer with cornstarch cookies. The process is basically the same! We will always make a layer of mousse followed by a layer of biscuit, except for the last layer, as we stopped with the layer of mousse. I chose to make it halfway with nest mousse, and halfway to the top with chocolate. To decorate I sprinkled chocolate powder on top. Place in the fridge for 2 hours.
Tip:
If you don’t want the layers to mix so much, just after finishing the nest layers take it to the fridge for 30 minutes, and then make the chocolate layers! I particularly find this stripe that the layers get when they mix a little bit.
