A simple blueberry cake recipe, made with buttermilk, makes the cake extra moist.

- ° 4 cups all-purpose flour

- ° 1 c. salt
- ° 1/2 cup butter
- ° 1 cup sugar
- ° 2 eggs
- ° 1 c. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ° 2 cups of milk
- ° 2 cups of fresh blueberries
- ° 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- ° 2/3 cup sugar
- ° 6 tablespoons. softened butter

Preheat oven 350°F (175°C). Grease and grease a 13″ x 9″ rectangular baking dish.
In a bowl, combine 4 cups of flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. the reserve.
In a large bowl, beat 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup sugar, until mixture is fluffy.

Sprinkle over cake.
