To prepare this yummy cupcake, take a large bowl and sieve together all purpose flour, baking powder, milk powder, baking soda, and salt.
In the sieved flour mixture, add milk along with butter, powdered sugar, vanilla essence, and strawberry puree and jam till it becomes flowing consistency. Meanwhile, pre-heat the oven at 220 degree Celsius and line the moulds with cupcake cups.
Now, pour the batter and bake the cupcakes for 12 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Once done, cool them on a rack for at least two hours before frosting them.
Then, prepare the frosting for the strawberry cupcakes. For the same, add melted butter, vanilla essence, strawberry jam along with powdered sugar and whipped cream in a large bowl, beat them together until the icing is smooth and fluffy. Keep this frosting aside. (Note: Make sure the icing has no air bubbles.) Spoon them on your cupcakes and garnish with strawberry before serving.
