WONDERFUL BLENDER STUFFED BREAD
INGREDIENTS:
Pasta
1 cup (tea) of warm water
1 egg
3 tablespoons of oil
1 cup (tea) of whole milk
2 tablets (15 g each) of fresh biological yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
margarine (enough) to grease the pan
wheat flour (enough) to sprinkle.
Filling:
200g of chopped ham
200g of chopped mozzarella cheese
2 chopped tomatoes
2 tablespoons of oil
1 spoon (dessert) of oregano
WAY OF DOING:
Pasta:
Quickly blend the water, egg, oil, milk, yeast and salt in a blender. That done, pour the mixture into a container and gradually add the wheat flour, mixing everything until the dough comes off your hands. Set aside to rest until doubled in volume.
Filling:
Mix all ingredients in a container.
MOUNTING:
Roll out the dough with the help of a kitchen rolling pin, distribute the filling over the top and shape the bread into the shape of your choice, about 15 cm long.
Set aside to rest for another 10 minutes
To finish, place the bread on a greased baking sheet sprinkled with wheat flour and bake it in a preheated oven at medium temperature (180ºC) for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden
