Mexican white cheese dip

INGREDIENTS

  • American cheese 16 ounces
  • Green chilies chopped 6-7
  • Half teaspoon of cumin
  • 2 and a half cups of milk
  • Chipotle powder 1 tbsp Optional but I would recommend it for extra flavors in the dip

INSTRUCTIONS

In the bottom of the double boiler add the cheese slices.

Add all the other ingredients in the same quantity on top of it.

Close the boiler and cook it for 1-2 hours on low flame. As soon as the cheese is melted the dip is ready.

Mix it well for making sure the ingredients complement each other
