The photo blew up with people wanting to accept my challenge, and the questions came pouring in like crazy.<\/p>\n<p>So in order to simplify, I\u2019m turning this into a blog post in order to answer all the questions that I was bombarded with.<\/p>\n<p>First, the recipe\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>Apple Cider Vinegar Lemon and Cayenne Colon Cleanse Recipe<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups of lukewarm or hot\u00a0water (whichever you prefer)<\/li>\n<li>1-2 tsp\u00a0apple cider vinegar (I will do up to 2 TB)<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp cayenne pepper<\/li>\n<li>1-2 drops of therapeutic grade lemon oil<\/li>\n<li>Optional: 1-2 TB maple syrup to sweeten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Mix everything together, and drink before your meal.<\/p>\n<p>For the purpose of this challenge, you should drink 3 glasses a day (before every meal) for 3 days.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"font-size: 0px; height: 0px; line-height: 0px; margin: 0; padding: 0; clear: both;\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Earlier this evening I posted this picture onto social media and challenged my friends to try the drink for 3 days and see what happens.
