Add the beef and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.<br \/>\nIn the same skillet, add the eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove eggs and set aside with the beef.<br \/>\nAdd the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet. Saut\u00e9 garlic, carrots, and peas until the vegetables are tender.<br \/>\nAdd the cooked rice, the remaining tablespoon of soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet. Stir well to combine.<br \/>\nReturn the beef and eggs to the skillet.
