Then, I add the remaining ingredients and stir until a thick batter is formed.<\/li>\n<li>I shape the mixture into 12 equally sized patties.<\/li>\n<li>In a non-stick pan, I heat oil. Once hot, I add the patties and cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping halfway through.
