Plus, it was my very first meatloaf, and I rather enjoyed it.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"x193iq5w xeuugli x13faqbe x1vvkbs x1xmvt09 x1lliihq x1s928wv xhkezso x1gmr53x x1cpjm7i x1fgarty x1943h6x xudqn12 x3x7a5m x6prxxf xvq8zen xo1l8bm xzsf02u\" dir=\"auto\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 pound ground beef<br \/>\n2 large eggs<br \/>\n1\/4 cup breadcrumbs<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon dried basil<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon dried thyme<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon dried oregano<br \/>\n1 to 2 garlic cloves, finely minced<br \/>\n1 small yellow onion (grated)<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon salt<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon ground black pepper<br \/>\n1\/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese<br \/>\n1\/2 cup pasta sauce (marinara sauce, homemade, meatless)<br \/>\n1\/2 cup shredded cheese (Italian cheese blend)<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Make Parmesan Meatloaf<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a loaf pan (I use glass bread loaf pan) with cooking spray, set aside.<br \/>\nIn a large bowl, combine the ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, thyme, oregano, basil, garlic, onion, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Try not over handle the mixture, otherwise it will get tough.<br \/>\nPlace the mixture in the greased loaf pan, and form into a loaf.
