Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>In the same skillet, add onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.<\/p>\n<p>Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring continuously.<\/p>\n<p>Bring to a simmer, then add peas, heavy cream, thyme, and cooked chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the mixture thickens.<\/p>\n<p>Unroll the puff pastry and lay it over the skillet, trimming any excess.
