This is a classic recipe that is a true Malad, Idaho treat! This no bake caramel corn is my favorite!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"mv-create-ingredients\">\n<h2 class=\"mv-create-ingredients-title mv-create-title-secondary\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3 regular sized bags of white microwave popcorn or 1 cup popcorn seeds popped.<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup butter<\/li>\n<li>2 1\/4 cups brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 cup corn syrup<\/li>\n<li>1 (14 ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"mv-create-instructions-title mv-create-title-secondary\">Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>Pop popcorn, remove seeds and set aside in a large bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Line cookie sheet with a baking mat or non-stick foil.<\/p>\n<p>In a medium sized pot combine butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup. Bring to a boil. Stir regularly<\/p>\n<p>Once mixture reaches boil stage add condensed milk. Cook until soft ball stage (235*F). Stir regularly so bottom doesn&#8217;t burn.<\/p>\n<p>Remove from stove and add vanilla.<\/p>\n<p>Pour over popped popcorn and stir.<\/p>\n<p>Pour covered popcorn onto cookie sheet and spread out.<\/p>\n<p>DO NOT EAT right away as it will be HOT.<\/p>\n<p>Once cool, devour!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"font-size: 0px; height: 0px; line-height: 0px; margin: 0; padding: 0; clear: both;\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Grandma&#8217;s Soft &amp; Chewy Caramel Corn is what I grew up eating.
