Grease a square pan with non-stick spray or line with parchment paper.<\/p>\n<p>Step 2<\/p>\n<p>Roll out pie crust to a 12 or 13-inch circle. Gently place dough in a pan, pressing into the bottom and sides of the pan and trimming excess.<\/p>\n<p>Step 3<\/p>\n<p>Place pie dish in the fridge until ready to fill.<\/p>\n<p>Step 4<\/p>\n<p>In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy and fluffy, then beat in the butter.
