These rich brownies are topped with an Oreo-filled white chocolate topping, and they\u2019re simple to prepare!<\/p>\n<div class=\"tasty-recipes-ingredients\">\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Oreo Brownie Layer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-amount=\"0.75\" data-unit=\"cup\">3\/4 cup<\/span>\u00a0(<span data-amount=\"168\" data-unit=\"g\">168g<\/span>) unsalted butter<\/li>\n<li><span data-amount=\"2\" data-unit=\"oz\">2 oz<\/span>\u00a0semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped<\/li>\n<li><span data-amount=\"2\" data-unit=\"cup\">2 cups<\/span>\u00a0(<span data-amount=\"414\" data-unit=\"g\">414g<\/span>) sugar<\/li>\n<li><span data-amount=\"3\">3<\/span>\u00a0large eggs, room temperature<\/li>\n<li><span data-amount=\"2\" data-unit=\"tsp\">2 tsp<\/span>\u00a0vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li><span data-amount=\"1\" data-unit=\"cup\">1 cup<\/span>\u00a0(<span data-amount=\"114\" data-unit=\"g\">114g<\/span>) Hershey\u2019s Special Dark cocoa powder OR natural unsweetened cocoa powder<\/li>\n<li><span data-amount=\"1\" data-unit=\"cup\">1 cup<\/span>\u00a0(<span data-amount=\"130\" data-unit=\"g\">130g<\/span>) all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li><span data-amount=\"1\" data-unit=\"tsp\">1 tsp<\/span>\u00a0salt<\/li>\n<li><span data-amount=\"2\" data-unit=\"cup\">2 cups<\/span>\u00a0(153g) chopped Oreos (about\u00a0<span data-amount=\"13\">13<\/span>\u2013<span data-amount=\"14\">14<\/span>\u00a0Oreos)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cookies and Cream Layer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-amount=\"12\" data-unit=\"oz\">12 oz<\/span>\u00a0(about\u00a0<span data-amount=\"2\" data-unit=\"cup\">2 cups<\/span>) white chocolate chips<\/li>\n<li><span data-amount=\"6\" data-unit=\"tbsp\">6 tbsp<\/span>\u00a0(90ml) heavy whipping cream<\/li>\n<li><span data-amount=\"3.5\" data-unit=\"tbsp\">3 1\/2 tbsp<\/span>\u00a0(<span data-amount=\"26\" data-unit=\"g\">26g<\/span>) powdered sugar<\/li>\n<li><span data-amount=\"1.75\" data-unit=\"cup\">1 3\/4 cups<\/span>\u00a0(<span data-amount=\"138\" data-unit=\"g\">138g<\/span>) chopped Oreos (12 Oreos)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"tasty-recipes-instructions\">\n<div class=\"tasty-recipes-instructions-header\">\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"tasty-recipes-instructions-body\" data-tasty-recipes-customization=\"body-color.color\">\n<p>1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9\u00d713 inch pan or line it with parchment paper that sticks up above the sides, which can be used to lift the finished brownies out of the pan and make cutting easier. Set pan aside.<br \/>\n2. Combine the butter and chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and heat in 20-30 second increments, stirring well after each, until melted and smooth.<br \/>\n3. Add the sugar and whisk until combined.<br \/>\n4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and whisk together to combine.<br \/>\n5. Add the cocoa, flour and salt and stir with a rubber or wooden spatula until well combined. Batter will be very thick.<br \/>\n6. Stir in the chopped Oreos.<br \/>\n7. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan, then bake for 25-30 minutes. To test the brownies for being done, insert a toothpick into the center. If it comes out with just a few moist crumbs, they\u2019re done.<br \/>\n8. Set the brownies aside to cool. When mostly cool, make the cookies and cream layer.<br \/>\n9. Add the white chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream to a large microwave safe bowl and heat in 20-30 second increments, stirring well after each, until melted and smooth. Mixture will be thick.<br \/>\n10. Stir in the powdered sugar and chopped Oreos, then spread evenly on top of the brownies. The mixture will be thick, just use your spatula to help spread it.<br \/>\n11. Allow the brownies to cool completely, then cut into squares. The cookies and cream layer will be quite firm to the touch, but great on top of the brownies.<br \/>\n12.
