{"id":27070,"date":"2022-11-02T17:11:09","date_gmt":"2022-11-02T17:11:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mrhealthyalternative.com\/?p=27070"},"modified":"2022-11-02T17:11:09","modified_gmt":"2022-11-02T17:11:09","slug":"parmesan-crusted-chicken","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mrhealthyalternative.com\/?p=27070","title":{"rendered":"Parmesan Crusted Chicken"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"63d509947b33dea96ed9a09b2482b63d\" data-index=\"1\" style=\"float: none; margin:10px 0 10px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<div data-type=\"_mgwidget\" data-widget-id=\"1554417\">\r\n<\/div>\r\n<script>(function(w,q){w[q]=w[q]||[];w[q].push([\"_mgc.load\"])})(window,\"_mgq\");\r\n<\/script>\r\n\n<\/div>\n<p>Parmesan Crusted Chicken<\/p>\n<p>Servings: 4-6<\/p>\n<h2><strong><u>What you need:<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup ranch dressing<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp white vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp black pepper<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup ranch dressing<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup panko breadcrumbs<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp melted butter<\/li>\n<li>Provolone cheese slices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong><u>What to do:<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Place the chicken into a large zip-lock bag.<\/li>\n<li>In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, 1\/2 cup ranch dressing,\u00a0 Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Pour this mixture into the bag with the chicken.<\/li>\n<li>Place the bag in the refrigerator and leave it there for at least 1 hour.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.<\/li>\n<li>Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick spray.<\/li>\n<li>Place the marinated chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or<\/li>\n<li>until the internal temperature of the chicken is at least 165 degrees F.<\/li>\n<li>While the chicken is baking, mix together 1\/4 cup ranch dressing and 1\/4 cup<\/li>\n<li>parmesan cheese in a small bowl. This makes the sauce mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the panko crumbs, garlic powder, 1\/3 cup<\/li>\n<li>parmesan cheese, and 2 tbsp melted butter in a separate bowl. This is the crumb mixture.<\/li>\n<li>After baking the chicken, remove it from the oven and brush the<\/li>\n<li>sauce mixture on both sides of each breast.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li>Lay a slice of provolone cheese over each breast then spoon the crumb mixture<\/li>\n<li>on top of the cheese.<\/li>\n<li>Place back in the oven, under the broiler, for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese is<\/li>\n<li>melted and the crumb mixture is browned.
