Every bite is loaded with the warm, spicy taste of pumpkin pie and the decadent, creamy taste of cheesecake!<\/p>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<h2>INGREDIENTS:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 c. heavy cream<\/li>\n<li>2 c. whole milk<\/li>\n<li>2 (8-oz.) block cream cheese, softened<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c. sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 c. pumpkin puree<\/li>\n<li>3 (3.4-oz.) packages vanilla pudding mix<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice<\/li>\n<li>12 graham cracker sheets<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c. caramel<\/li>\n<li>Chopped pecans, for garnish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>DIRECTIONS:<\/h2>\n<p>In a large bowl using a hand mixer or in the bowl of a stand mixer using the whisk attachment beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Slowly add heavy cream and beat until stiff peaks form.<\/p>\n<p>In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, pudding mix, pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth and thick.<\/p>\n<p>Assemble lasagna: Spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture in a 9\u00d713-inch baking dish. Top with a layer of six graham crackers.
