margin:10px 0 10px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<div data-type=\"_mgwidget\" data-widget-id=\"1554417\">\r\n<\/div>\r\n<script>(function(w,q){w[q]=w[q]||[];w[q].push([\"_mgc.load\"])})(window,\"_mgq\");\r\n<\/script>\r\n\n<\/div>\n<p>LAZY DAY OATMEAL CAKE<\/p>\n<h3>ingredients:<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Servings: 9<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup uncooked rolled oats ( instant or regular, I used rolled oats)<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/4 cups boiling water<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup butter or 1\/2 cup margarine<\/li>\n<li>1 cup granulated sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 cups flour<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon baking soda<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 teaspoon cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 teaspoon nutmeg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>TOPPING-<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/4 cup butter or 1\/4 cup margarine, melted<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoons cream or 3 tablespoons milk<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup flaked coconut<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup chopped nuts (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Directions<\/h3>\n<p>In a shallow bowl soak oats in boiling water for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, proceed by measuring butter and sugars into beater bowl and beating until light.<\/p>\n<p>Beat in eggs and vanilla.<\/p>\n<p>Sift and measure flour, sifting again with the soda and spices.<\/p>\n<p>By this time the oats will be soaked and cool.<\/p>\n<p>Remove beaters from the creamed mixture and fold in soaked oats.<\/p>\n<p>Sift flour mixture over and fold in.<\/p>\n<p>Turn in a buttered 9\u00d79\u2033 pan and bake at 350\u00b0F for 40-50 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Mix all the topping ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>Do not remove cake from pan but while still hot spread topping over and put under the broiler until bubbly and tinged with gold.<\/p>\n<p>Watch carefully. courtesy of www.food,com<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"font-size: 0px;
