This mac is cheesed to the max with Cheddar, Italian cheeses, and even pimento cheese spread.<\/p>\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"g1-content-narrow g1-typography-xl entry-content\">\n<p id=\"yrecipe-ingredients\" class=\"h-4 strong\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul id=\"yrecipe-ingredients-list\">\n<li id=\"yrecipe-ingredient-0\" class=\"ingredient\">1 lb Macaroni<\/li>\n<li id=\"yrecipe-ingredient-1\" class=\"ingredient\">2 (8 oz) Packages of Sharp Cheddar Cheese Chunk<\/li>\n<li id=\"yrecipe-ingredient-2\" class=\"ingredient\">1 1\/4 cup Milk<\/li>\n<li id=\"yrecipe-ingredient-3\" class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 cup Flour<\/li>\n<li id=\"yrecipe-ingredient-4\" class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 cup Butter<\/li>\n<li id=\"yrecipe-ingredient-5\" class=\"ingredient\">2 Eggs<\/li>\n<li id=\"yrecipe-ingredient-6\" class=\"ingredient\">3 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs<\/li>\n<li id=\"yrecipe-ingredient-7\" class=\"ingredient\">Salt &amp; Pepper to taste<\/li>\n<li id=\"yrecipe-ingredient-8\" class=\"ingredient\">Vegetable Oil (for frying)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"yrecipe-instructions\" class=\"h-4 strong\"><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Boil macaroni until tender, drain and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Shred your cheese and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat.<\/p>\n<p>Add flour and mix until light brown color (make a roux).<\/p>\n<p>Add 1 cup milk and whisk until thick.<\/p>\n<p>Add cheese one handfull at a time.<\/p>\n<p>Mix until cheese is all melted and smooth.<\/p>\n<p>Add cooked macaroni to pan and mix until well coated.<\/p>\n<p>Add salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Transfer to container that will fit in your refrigerator, and refrigerate for 1 hour or until cold.<\/p>\n<p>Line a baking sheet with wax or parchment paper.<\/p>\n<p>Form cold macaroni and cheese into 1? balls and place on prepared pan.<\/p>\n<p>Place in freezer for 1 hour.<\/p>\n<p>Beat eggs and add 1\/4 cup milk in a bowl to make egg wash.<\/p>\n<p>Dip balls into egg wash then roll in bread crumbs to coat completely.<\/p>\n<p>Heat oil in deep fryer to 320 or fill skillet 1\/2-3\/4? deep and heat over medium high to 320.<\/p>\n<p>Fry for about 3-4 minutes and drain.<\/p>\n<p>Source : allrecipes.Com<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"font-size: 0px; height: 0px; line-height: 0px; margin: 0; padding: 0; clear: both;\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mac and cheese becomes fun finger food!
