It\u2019s a one-pan, 30-minute meal with the flavours of New Orleans! And it\u2019s gluten-free!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b0 3 cups cooked brown or white rice<\/p>\n<p>\u00b0 1 k shrimp, peel &amp; deveined<\/p>\n<p>\u00b0 1\/2 teaspoon chili powder, paprika, and garlic powder<\/p>\n<p>\u00b0 1\/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or more to taste<\/p>\n<p>\u00b0 1\/4 teaspoon kosher salt<\/p>\n<p>\u00b0 Fresh black pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p>\u00b0 2 scrambled egg whites<\/p>\n<p>\u00b0 1 whole egg, scrambled<\/p>\n<p>\u00b0 1\/2 medium onion, chopped<\/p>\n<p>\u00b0 2 cloves minced garlic<\/p>\n<p>\u00b0 5 medium green onions, chopped, whites and greens separated<\/p>\n<p>\u00b0 oil spray<\/p>\n<p>\u00b0 1 tablespoon sesame oil<\/p>\n<p>\u00b0 1 teaspoon ground red pepper flakes, or more to taste<\/p>\n<p>\u00b0 4 teaspoons soy sauce, or more to taste<\/p>\n<p>\u00b0 1 teaspoon Asian fish sauce (or more soy sauce)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions :<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a bowl, season shrimp with cayenne pepper, chili powder, paprika, salt, pepper, &amp; garlic powder.<\/p>\n<p>In a hot skillet, over medium heat, spray a little oil and cook the eggs, when cooked, remove from the skillet and set aside, for 1 to 2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Raise the heat to high heat, when it heats up add sesame oil and fry the onions, green onions, garlic, and chili flakes for 1-2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Adding shrimp also fry to opaque, 2 to 3 min.<\/p>\n<p>Add rice and simmer until bottom is browned, 2 to 3 minutes, stir and add eggs, soy sauce, and fish sauce, mixing well about 2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Add greens from green onions and serve.<\/p>\n<p>We added grilled huge shrimp on top.<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy!<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"font-size: 0px; height: 0px; line-height: 0px; margin: 0; padding: 0; clear: both;\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cajun Shrimp Fried Rice\u00a0is a one-pot wonder full of flavorful shrimp and rice with a Cajun seasoning that the entire family will enjoy!
