margin:10px 0 10px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<div data-type=\"_mgwidget\" data-widget-id=\"1554417\">\r\n<\/div>\r\n<script>(function(w,q){w[q]=w[q]||[];w[q].push([\"_mgc.load\"])})(window,\"_mgq\");\r\n<\/script>\r\n\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mv-create-ingredients\">\n<p>Loaded Cajun Potato<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"mv-create-ingredients-title mv-create-title-secondary\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>4 large Russet potatoes, cleaned<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00bd pound shrimp, cleaned and deveined, leave tails on<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00bd cup crawfish tail meat<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp cooking oil<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp butter<\/li>\n<li>Cajun Seasoning, I prefer Slap Yo Mama, amount to taste<\/li>\n<li>Sherry Cream sauce<\/li>\n<li>8 ounces Italian cheese blend, 6 blend<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic, freshly minced<\/li>\n<li>2 medium shallots, diced<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup Brandy, flambeed<\/li>\n<li>2 cups Sherry Wine<\/li>\n<li>1 cup stock from shrimp<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup crawfish juice, from the crawfish package<\/li>\n<li>1 cup heavy whipping cream<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup crawfish tail meat<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup diced green onions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mv-create-instructions\">\n<h3 class=\"mv-create-instructions-title mv-create-title-secondary\">Instructions<\/h3>\n<h4>FIRST STEP:<\/h4>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 400*<\/p>\n<p>Wash each potato, coat lightly with olive oil and coarse salt, then wrap in a sheet of foil and bake until the potato is tender<\/p>\n<p>In a saucepan, on medium heat, add in half the butter and the minced garlic, toss in the shallots and stir lightly, simmer for 3 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Add the shrimp, sprinkle with the Cajun seasoning to taste, and cook for 3 minutes, or until the shrimp is cooked through<\/p>\n<p>Add in the Brandy and light it, stirring constantly<\/p>\n<p>Add in the wine, crawfish juice and shrimp stock, reduce by half<\/p>\n<h4>SECOND STEP:<\/h4>\n<p>Stir in the heavy whipping cream<\/p>\n<p>Once the sauce is smooth, add in the remaining butter and stir<\/p>\n<h4>THIRD STEP:<\/h4>\n<p>Add in the remaining crawfish tail meat and cook for 2 minutes<\/p>\n<p>The sauce should be the consistency of Alfredo Sauce, if too thick, thin out by using chicken stock.<\/p>\n<p>If the sauce is too runny add in a slight bit more of the heavy whipping cream<\/p>\n<h4>FOURTH STEP:<\/h4>\n<p>Spoon the shrimp and sauce over each of the potatoes and sprinkle with cheese<\/p>\n<p>Place the cooking tray with the potatoes back in the oven and bake for 6 to 8 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden<\/p>\n<h4>FIFTH STEP:<\/h4>\n<p>Once cheese is melted, place a potato in the center of each plate and spoon some more of the sauce over the top<\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle with the green onion<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"font-size: 0px;
