Add the milk and whisking again to incorporate the two ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>Reserve two more bowls. Fill one with your flour and the next with your breadcrumbs. Place the bowl with your egg and milk mixture in the middle of this line, so you now have three bowls in a row (flour, eggs, breadcrumbs).<\/p>\n<p>Take a piece of mozzarella. Dipping it in flour, then immediately in the egg mixture. Now roll your bite of cheese in the breadcrumbs.<\/p>\n<p>Continue in this way until all the pieces of cheese are coated. You can place each finished piece on a plate once they are complete.<\/p>\n<p>In a medium sized skillet, heat your vegetable oil (about 2 inches high) to 350 degrees. (To test this, place the handle of a wooden spoon in the oil. If the bubbles roll down the handle, you&#8217;re good to go.)<\/p>\n<p>Get out a plate and cover it with a paper towel.<\/p>\n<p>Add 5-7 pieces in the oil for about 30 seconds. Be sure to keep them separate so they don&#8217;t stick together!<\/p>\n<p>Fry your mozzarella bites until golden brown (which should be at that 30 second mark).
