You now have that recipe in your hands (or on your desk).<\/p>\n<h4>DONUT DOUGH INGREDIENTS:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cup all purpose<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>3-4 tbs sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla essence<\/li>\n<li>1 tbs yeast<\/li>\n<li>4 tbs melted butter<\/li>\n<li>1 cup lukewarm milk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"col-6\">\n<h4>DONUT GLAZE INGREDIENTS:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups sugar<\/li>\n<li>3-4 Tbsp water<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Tbsp vanilla extract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-6\">\n<h4>Chocolate Glaze:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate or chocolate chips<\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoons heavy cream<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons (30g) unsalted butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"item-heading\">Directions<\/h2>\n<p>In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, yeast, sugar, salt and vanilla essence, then add 4 tbs melted butter then mix add milk in portion and knead the dough well<\/p>\n<p>Keep the dough for 2-3 hours in a warm place<\/p>\n<p>Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll out to about \u00bd\u201d thick. then take any glass to cut out the donuts and use a small cap or round cookie cutter to cut out the donut holes.<\/p>\n<p>then fry all donuts on low medium flame heat until both sides get golden brown. You can also bake at 180\u00b0 for 12-15 minutes or according to your oven settings<\/p>\n<p>Remove the donuts from the hot oil and rest them on a wire rack placed over a baking sheet to drain excess oil or simply place them on some paper towels to absorb the excess oil.<\/p>\n<p>To make the donut glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, vanilla extract and water in a small mixing bowl until smooth.<\/p>\n<p>To make the chocolate glaze, whisk together 1\/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate or chocolate chips, 3 tablespoons heavy cream, 2 tablespoons (30g) unsalted butter in a small mixing bowl until smooth.<\/p>\n<p>Dip the tops of the donuts into the glaze and transfer back to the wire rack to cool and allow the glaze to harden.
