Adobo<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">1 tsp. black pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">3 to 5 pound beef pot roast<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">All purpose seasoning (make 2 batches and put in an air tight container)<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">3-4 large russet potatoes<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">1 large onion<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">3 large carrots<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">2 stalks celery<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">honestly, any other root veggie you may want to add<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>Place meat in a large storage container and season each side really good with the all purpose seasoning.<\/p>\n<p>Cover and place in fridge overnight or a minimum of 12 hours.<\/p>\n<p>Remove meat from fridge, clean and cut up the veggies and place them in the bottom of a roasting pan that has a lid.<\/p>\n<p>Season the veggies with more of the seasoning mix, about 2 T.<\/p>\n<p>Place the meat over the veggies and pour the juice that was in the bottom of the container over everything.<\/p>\n<p>Put the lid on and bake at 325 degrees for 4 hours.<\/p>\n<p>Turn the oven off and let the meat rest for 30 minutes to an hour before removing from the oven.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"font-size: 0px; height: 0px; line-height: 0px; margin: 0; padding: 0; clear: both;\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Amazing Pot Roast Recipe Ingredients: All purpose seasoning, recipe posted with my homemade seasonings, but will repost: 2 T. smoked paprika 1 T. brown sugar 1 T. salt 1 T.
