All-purpose flour.<\/li>\n<li>\u00b070 gr. Of shortening.<\/li>\n<li>\u00b01 Glass. Of milk.<\/li>\n<li>\u00b01 Large sp. of white sugar.<\/li>\n<li>\u00b01 large sp. of baking powder.<\/li>\n<li>\u00b01 small sp. of salt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>*DIRECTIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I started by setting the oven to 425 degrees F = 220 degrees C to preheat it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2nd step :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I whisk together the flour, baking powder, the spoonful of salt and the sugar in a large mixing bowl.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I cut the shortening until it looked like a coarse meal in the mix.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After that I added the milk and stirred the batter until it started to pull away from the rim of the bowl.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 5:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I turn out and knead between 15 to 20 times on a floured board.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 6:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>And, I patted the dough or cut it to 1 inch wide.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 7:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Then I used a wide cutter or a juice glass dipped in flour and removed the cookies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 8:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>And I repeated until I used all the dough, then I took off the excess flour and put it on an ungreased baking sheet with the cookies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 9:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I baked in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, once the edges started to tan I removed it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.<\/p>\n<p>ENJOY!!<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"font-size: 0px; height: 0px; line-height: 0px; margin: 0; padding: 0; clear: both;\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GRANDMA&#8217;S HOMEMADE BUTTERMILK COOKIES * Ingredients : \u00b0300 gr.
