This chocolate banana cake can be made sugar-free in few minutes.<\/p>\n<p>A simple, quick and delicious recipe.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>145g oats (1 cup + 1\/2 cup)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0300ml hot milk<\/li>\n<li>\u00a01 Cup of (dried apricot-almond-walnut)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a03 Bananas<\/li>\n<li>\u00a03 Eggs<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>36g unsweetened cocoa powder<\/li>\n<li>\u00a01 Tsp baking powder<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0120g Dark chocolate (you can put unsweetened chocolate)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a060ml Milk<\/li>\n<li>\u00a020g butter (2 tbsp)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instructions:<\/h3>\n<p>1. In a container, for 145 g of oats (1 cup 1\/2 cup)<\/p>\n<p>2. Add 300 ml of warm milk<\/p>\n<p>3. Cover with adhesive film and set aside<\/p>\n<p>4. Cut one cup (apricot, almond and dried walnuts) into small pieces<\/p>\n<p>5. mash the 3 bananas<\/p>\n<p>6. Add 3 eggs<\/p>\n<p>7. Add a pinch of salt<\/p>\n<p>8. Add 36g unsweetened cocoa powder<\/p>\n<p>9. Add 1 tsp baking powder<\/p>\n<p>10. Add oat mixture<\/p>\n<p>11. In a mould, spread the butter with a brush<\/p>\n<p>12. Pour the mixture into the pan<\/p>\n<p>13. Add dried apricots, almonds and walnuts<\/p>\n<p>14. Bake in preheated oven at 180\u00b0C-356\u00b0F for 35 to 40 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>15. Cut the chocolate into small pieces<\/p>\n<p>16. Microwave the chocolate for 10-20 seconds<\/p>\n<p>17. Add 60 ml of milk<\/p>\n<p>18. Mix well<\/p>\n<p>19. Add 20 g butter (2Tbsp)<\/p>\n<p>20.
