Add the flour and salt, and start kneading the dough with a spatula. Then continue kneading with your hands until you get an elastic dough.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">Add the softened butter and continue kneading until the butter is well incorporated into the dough.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">Form a ball with the dough, cover with a tea towel or plastic wrap and let rise for an hour.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">Divide the dough into 8 parts and roll each into a ball. Cover and let stand 30 minutes.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">Flatten each ball a little and roll it into a ball again.
