Give it a shot, you\u2019ll love it!To Make this Recipe You\u2019 Will Need the following ingredients:<\/p>\n<h3>ingredients :<\/h3>\n<p>650g sirloin steak, sliced<br \/>\n650g small yellow potatoes, cut into quarters.<br \/>\n1 tablespoon olive oil<br \/>\n3 tablespoons butter<br \/>\n5 cloves garlic, crushed<br \/>\n1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped<br \/>\n1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary (rosemary)<br \/>\n1 teaspoon chopped oregano<br \/>\nSalt and ground black pepper<br \/>\nCrushed red pepper flakes (optional)<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients for marinating sauce:<\/h3>\n<p>1\/3 cup soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tablespoon olive oil<br \/>\n1 tablespoon hot sauce<br \/>\nGround black pepper<\/p>\n<h3>How to prepare :<\/h3>\n<p>In a large bowl, mix the steak, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper and hot sauce. Leave them aside to soak up the flavors while the potatoes are cooking.<\/p>\n<p>Mix a tablespoon of olive oil and a tablespoon of butter in a large frying pan and put it on a medium to high heat. While butter melts, adding potatoes. Cooking about 4 min, stir the potatoes and cook for another 4-5 minutes, until they are golden in color and cooked enough.
