{"id":26000,"date":"2022-07-21T21:15:33","date_gmt":"2022-07-21T21:15:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mrhealthyalternative.com\/?p=26000"},"modified":"2022-07-21T21:15:33","modified_gmt":"2022-07-21T21:15:33","slug":"spaghetti-stuffed-garlic-bread","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mrhealthyalternative.com\/?p=26000","title":{"rendered":"Spaghetti Stuffed Garlic Bread"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"63d509947b33dea96ed9a09b2482b63d\" data-index=\"1\" style=\"float: none; margin:10px 0 10px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<div data-type=\"_mgwidget\" data-widget-id=\"1554417\">\r\n<\/div>\r\n<script>(function(w,q){w[q]=w[q]||[];w[q].push([\"_mgc.load\"])})(window,\"_mgq\");\r\n<\/script>\r\n\n<\/div>\n<p>Spaghetti Stuffed Garlic Bread<\/p>\n<h4>INGREDIENTS<\/h4>\n<p>16 ounce Italian bread loaf<br \/>\nbutter &amp; garlic powder for bread<br \/>\n1 pound ground beef<br \/>\n1 pound ground sausage<br \/>\n16 ounce tomato sauce<br \/>\n6 ounce tomato paste<br \/>\n1 medium onion, diced<br \/>\n7 ounce uncooked spaghetti<br \/>\n1\/2 cup Parmesan cheese, divided in half<br \/>\n2\/3 cup Mozzarella cheese, divided in half<br \/>\n1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, generous<br \/>\n1 teaspoon salt + a pinch<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon minced garlic<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon ground black pepper<\/p>\n<h4>INSTRUCTIONS<\/h4>\n<p>Preheat oven to 375\u00b0 Fahrenheit.<\/p>\n<p>In a large sauce pan, boil spaghetti until al dente. Remove from heat and drain.<\/p>\n<p>While pasta is cooking, brown beef &amp; sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion while browning meat. When brown, drain off any excess fat and return to skillet. Add tomato sauce, paste, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt &amp; pepper. Mix well. Simmer for 5-8 minutes. Add cooked pasta. Mix well again and remove from heat.<\/p>\n<p>While meat sauce is simmering, cut the Italian bread loaf in half using a bread knife. Carve out the middle of each half of the loaf.<\/p>\n<p>Remove any remaining bread to create a large hollow in each half. Brush insides of the hollows and sides of the halves with butter.<\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle with garlic powder. Toast in oven.<\/p>\n<p>When bread is toasted, spoon the prepared spaghetti &amp; meat sauce into the hollow of each half, filling the hollows completely. (You will have spaghetti &amp; meat sauce left over). Top with cheeses- 1 of the divided halves of the cheeses for one loaf and one for the other.<\/p>\n<p>Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15-20 or until cheese is melted and golden.
