Just dip store-bought buns into the super quick and easy to make garlic sauce, bake the breads at 160C for 10 minutes and you will have a wonderful breakfast or snack during the day<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\"><strong class=\"_12FoOEddL7j_RgMQN0SNeU\">Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\"><strong class=\"_12FoOEddL7j_RgMQN0SNeU\">1. The bread (if you want to save time, you can always use store-bought soft buns):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">150ml warm milk<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">20g (1.5 tbsp) sugar<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">4g (1 tsp) instant yeast<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">280g (2 cups + 3 tbsp) bread flour<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">1g (1\/4 tsp) salt<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">1 medium egg<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">30g (2 tbsp) soft unsalted butter<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\"><strong class=\"_12FoOEddL7j_RgMQN0SNeU\">2. The cheese sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">400g (1 2\/3 cup) cream cheese<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">80g (1\/3 cup) heavy cream<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">50g sugar<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">**3. Butter garlic sauce: **<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">200g butter (1 cup)<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">50g minced garlic (6 tbsp)<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">20g honey (1 tbsp)<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">50g sweet condensed milk (2.5 tbsp)<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">1 egg<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">1 tbsp dried parsley<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">** Instruction:**<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">**1. Bread making: **<\/p>\n<ul class=\"_33MEMislY0GAlB78wL1_CR\">\n<li class=\"_3gqTEjt4x9UIIpWiro7YXz\">\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">In a bowl, add luke warm milk + sugar + instant yeast, mix thoroughly<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"_3gqTEjt4x9UIIpWiro7YXz\">\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">Add in bread flour + 1 egg + salt, mix well and let it rest for 15 mins<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"_3gqTEjt4x9UIIpWiro7YXz\">\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">After 15 mins, use a hand mixer knead at 3\/6 level for 1 minute<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"_3gqTEjt4x9UIIpWiro7YXz\">\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">Add in 30g soft butter, continue kneading for 4 minutes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">_ Grease another clean bowl, put the dough inside and cover with cling film, put it in warm place until the dough rises double in size (about 1 hour)<\/p>\n<ul class=\"_33MEMislY0GAlB78wL1_CR\">\n<li class=\"_3gqTEjt4x9UIIpWiro7YXz\">\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">After 1 hour, knead the dough by hand for 1 &#8211; 2 minutes to release gas inside the dough<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"_3gqTEjt4x9UIIpWiro7YXz\">\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">Divide the dough into 6 equal parts, shape into 6 small balls<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"_3gqTEjt4x9UIIpWiro7YXz\">\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">Put 6 balls into a floured tray, cover with wet towel or cling film and let them rise the 2nd time ( about 1 to 1.5 hour)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"_3gqTEjt4x9UIIpWiro7YXz\">\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">Bake them at 180C for 20 mins<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\"><strong class=\"_12FoOEddL7j_RgMQN0SNeU\">2. Cream cheese sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_33MEMislY0GAlB78wL1_CR\">\n<li class=\"_3gqTEjt4x9UIIpWiro7YXz\">\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">Soften cream cheese (room temperature)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"_3gqTEjt4x9UIIpWiro7YXz\">\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">Add sugar, mix to dissolve<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"_3gqTEjt4x9UIIpWiro7YXz\">\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">Add heavy cream into 2 batches, mix to combine<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"_3gqTEjt4x9UIIpWiro7YXz\">\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">Pour into the piping bag and keep it in the fridge for later use<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\"><strong class=\"_12FoOEddL7j_RgMQN0SNeU\">3.
