Give it a shot, you\u2019ll love it!To Make this Recipe You\u2019 Will Need the following ingredients:<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a01 onion, chopped<\/li>\n<li>\u00a01 carrot, chopped<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0A bunch of celery, chopped<\/li>\n<li>\u00a02 cloves of minced garlic<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0A tablespoon of butter<\/li>\n<li>\u00a02.5 cups chicken broth<\/li>\n<li>\u00a02 tablespoons flour<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0A cup of milk<\/li>\n<li>\u00a02 potatoes, small cubes<\/li>\n<li>\u00a04 cups broccoli blossom, small cubes<\/li>\n<li>\u00a01 cup grated cheddar cheese<\/li>\n<li>\u00a01 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chop the onion, carrot, celery and garlic in a food processor, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and add the chopped vegetables. Stir for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Add flour, salt, and pepper and stir well, add broth, milk and potato cubes, and bring to a boil, leave for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Add broccoli blossom and parmesan cheese, and leave for 5 minutes.
