(you will need to have 1 \u00bd cups of lemon juice)<\/p>\n<p>Remove the seeds and pulp from your juice with a fine-mesh sieve. Refrigerate.<\/p>\n<p>Soak your fresh Lilac sprigs in cold water for a minimum of 2 hours to overnight.<\/p>\n<p>Create your syrup, in a saucepan add 1 cup of water to 1 \u00bd cups of sugar, heat to a simmer stirring consistently until the sugar is well incorporated.
