{"id":25475,"date":"2022-05-13T21:40:26","date_gmt":"2022-05-13T21:40:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mrhealthyalternative.com\/?p=25475"},"modified":"2022-05-13T21:40:26","modified_gmt":"2022-05-13T21:40:26","slug":"tender-and-juicy-garlic-butter-steak-bites","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mrhealthyalternative.com\/?p=25475","title":{"rendered":"Tender and Juicy Garlic Butter Steak Bites"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"63d509947b33dea96ed9a09b2482b63d\" data-index=\"1\" style=\"float: none; margin:10px 0 10px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<div data-type=\"_mgwidget\" data-widget-id=\"1554417\">\r\n<\/div>\r\n<script>(function(w,q){w[q]=w[q]||[];w[q].push([\"_mgc.load\"])})(window,\"_mgq\");\r\n<\/script>\r\n\n<\/div>\n<p>Tender and Juicy Garlic Butter Steak Bites<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 pounds of steak, I used beef tenderloin, cut into bite size pieces<\/li>\n<li>4 cloves garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup butter<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup white wine<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon smoked paprika<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc teaspoon ground pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>INSTRUCTIONS:<\/p>\n<p>Cut the steak of your choice into bite-size pieces. I used beef tenderloin, but you can use NY Strip or Ribeye if you\u2019d like. Sprinkle the steak with smoked paprika, salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Heat a large cast iron skillet to medium high. Add in the olive oil, then sear all sides of the steak. Be sure not to overcrowd the pan, otherwise the steak will steam, rather than sear.<\/p>\n<p>Once the steak is seared and reaches your desired temperature when checked with a meat thermometer (I prefer 125F), remove and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Add the garlic to the skillet, and cook for just about 10 seconds, careful not to let it brown. Then pour in the white wine (or beef broth), to deglaze the pan. Allow \u2153 of the wine to evaporate as you\u2019re scraping up the brown bits of flavor.<\/p>\n<p>Add in the butter and cook for another 2 minutes. Add the steak back in and toss in the butter.
