{"id":25427,"date":"2022-05-10T11:21:48","date_gmt":"2022-05-10T11:21:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mrhealthyalternative.com\/?p=25427"},"modified":"2022-05-10T11:21:48","modified_gmt":"2022-05-10T11:21:48","slug":"best-easy-banana-pudding-pie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mrhealthyalternative.com\/?p=25427","title":{"rendered":"BEST- EASY Banana Pudding Pie"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"63d509947b33dea96ed9a09b2482b63d\" data-index=\"1\" style=\"float: none; margin:10px 0 10px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<div data-type=\"_mgwidget\" data-widget-id=\"1554417\">\r\n<\/div>\r\n<script>(function(w,q){w[q]=w[q]||[];w[q].push([\"_mgc.load\"])})(window,\"_mgq\");\r\n<\/script>\r\n\n<\/div>\n<p>BEST- EASY Banana Pudding Pie<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pie Crust-<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 oz. of Nilla wafers grinded into fine crumbs (about 1 1\/2 cups of crumbs)<\/li>\n<li>4 oz. of melted butter<\/li>\n<li>pinch of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Filling-<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 oz. tub of cool whip (extra creamy)<\/li>\n<li>14oz. can of sweetened condensed milk<\/li>\n<li>3.4 oz. small box of instant French vanilla pudding<\/li>\n<li>2 cups of crushed Nilla wafers<\/li>\n<li>2 bananas sliced (if they are small buy 3 bananas)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>How-To:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a food processor grind the Nilla wafers into fine crumbs<\/li>\n<li>add the melted butter &amp; pinch of salt into the processor and pulse until combined (the crumbs should be evenly dampened)<\/li>\n<li>Press into the pie plate using the back of a dry measuring cup. Make sure it\u2019s firmly pressed into the pie plate.<\/li>\n<li>Bake at 350 for 12 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Set on a rack and let it cool completely (about 1 hour)<\/li>\n<li>Once the pie shell is ready to fill, prepare the filling.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, add the cool whip, condensed milk, and box of pudding mix. Use a blender to blend until creamy.<\/li>\n<li>Then, slice the bananas and add to the filling.<\/li>\n<li>Next, crush up the Nilla cookies and add to the filling.<\/li>\n<li>Use a spatula to fold in all of the ingredients until combined.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the filling into the pie plate. Cover with foil (tent it so it doesn\u2019t lay on top of the pie) and put in the freezer for 2 hours.<\/li>\n<li>Take out of the freezer when you are ready to serve (let it defrost a bit before serving) and decorate how you like!
