{"id":25367,"date":"2022-05-03T20:29:35","date_gmt":"2022-05-03T20:29:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mrhealthyalternative.com\/?p=25367"},"modified":"2022-05-03T20:39:39","modified_gmt":"2022-05-03T20:39:39","slug":"25367-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mrhealthyalternative.com\/?p=25367","title":{"rendered":"STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE ICEBOX CAKE \ud83d\ude0b\ud83d\ude0d"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"63d509947b33dea96ed9a09b2482b63d\" data-index=\"1\" style=\"float: none; margin:10px 0 10px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<div data-type=\"_mgwidget\" data-widget-id=\"1554417\">\r\n<\/div>\r\n<script>(function(w,q){w[q]=w[q]||[];w[q].push([\"_mgc.load\"])})(window,\"_mgq\");\r\n<\/script>\r\n\n<\/div>\n<p>Strawberry Cream Cheese Icebox Cake<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 lb. strawberries<br \/>\n2 sleeves graham crackers<br \/>\n1 -8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temperature<br \/>\n1 -14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk<br \/>\n2- 3.4 oz. pkg. instant cheesecake flavored pudding<br \/>\n3 cu. milk<br \/>\n1- 12 oz. carton whipped topping, divided<\/p>\n<p><strong>INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wash, cut tops off of strawberries and slice them 1\/4 inch thick then set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Line bottom of a 3-quart 13\u00d79 baking dish with graham crackers and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Combine cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl and beat with a mixer until smooth and creamy.<\/p>\n<p>Add pudding mixes and milk then continue mixing on low for 4-5 minutes or until mixture starts to thicken.<\/p>\n<p>Fold in 2 cups whipped topping until smooth.<\/p>\n<p>Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over graham crackers.<\/p>\n<p>Arrange a single layer of strawberry slices over cream cheese mixture.<\/p>\n<p>Top strawberries with another layer of graham crackers then cover with remaining cream cheese mixture.<\/p>\n<p>Top cream cheese mixture with another layer of\u00a0 strawberries.<\/p>\n<p>Cover and refrigerate for 6-8 hours. When serving, top with remaining whipped topping.
