They\u2019re the easiest baked fries you\u2019ll ever make \u2013 they pack a phenomenal fresh herb taste with only 8 ingredients!!<\/p>\n<p>To Make this Recipe You\u2019 Will Need the following ingredients:<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2\u2013 2 \u00bd lbs russet potatoes<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp pepper<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp butter*<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic<\/li>\n<li>\u00be c Parmesan<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc c parsley<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instructions<\/h3>\n<p>Preheat oven to 400 degrees.<\/p>\n<p>Peel and cut potatoes into matchstick slices, \u00bd \u2013 inch wide and \u00bc \u2013 inch thick.<\/p>\n<p>Place potato slices in a gallon zip-top bag and toss with olive oil, \u00bd teaspoon salt and \u00bc teaspoon pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.<\/p>\n<p>Layer potato slices in a single layer on each baking sheet.<\/p>\n<p>Bake fries in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.<\/p>\n<p>During the last five minutes of baking, heat butter and garlic over medium heat in a small saucepan for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.<\/p>\n<p>When garlic starts to brown, remove from heat.<\/p>\n<p>In a large bowl combine fries, garlic butter, \u00bd teaspoon salt, \u00bc teaspoon pepper, Parmesan, and parsley.
